Review: Mike Tyson Mysteries “Last Night on Charlie Rose”

Mike Tyson heads to the Charlie Rose show to investigate a missing guest that being Spurs coach Greg Popovich. The producer is convinced that Popovich is SOMEWHERE in the building post his interview with Rose, but he didn’t sign out, so he’s gotta be here.
We eventually find out that the blacked out area behind the set is a portal into a post apocalyptic world where man and machine are at war. Charlie Rose gets killed, and Tyson is asked to be the new host of the show.
Our Take
I wanted Greg Popovich to have some lines, but I would’ve settle for more fight in the Terminator-verse. I kind of felt like we took a LONG time to that point and had we had more time in the future with Mike Tyson I think the episode would have been more fun. Too much dialogue, not enough action. This was a deal that hurt a lot of episodes last season. Promos for the full season promising fist fights and action, and we haven’t had a lot of that so far.
