Review: Harvey Beaks “The Ballad of Muesli and Jangles; Floo-Id”
Appears to be the last little bit for a while.
Spoilers Below
The Ballad of Muesli and Jangles
Irving tries to tell a sweet-hearted story on how he met Miriam to Fee, Foo, and Harvey in an effort to make them go to sleep, but by the time the kids get a hold of Irving’s imagination the story goes from a John Hughes film to a space opera and ends up as Mad Max. Who cares, though, because…it works!
Floo-Id
This episode deals with Foo breaking every bone in his body in an attempt to not be as clumsy and instead be able to keep his balance. It actually works for a little bit until his body gives way. Fee and Harvey have to do a lot of chasing around and convincing, but eventually, Foo agrees to have his friends help him heal his body.
Our Take
Floo-id seemed like it was just a bunch of montages coming right after another, not a lot of substance here. “The Ballad” was quite a bit better, seeing the cast of Harvey Beaks in settings you don’t normally see them in is interesting, moreover, allowing the background designers and character designers to work on stuff that’s a little different.
Hi Ashley, thank you so much for reading and we love the feedback. Note that on that day we had 14th posts go up and only ten posts show on the front page, so it's possible the preview had already been archived by the time you got to it. One recommendation would be to add our RSS feed to your favorite news aggregator service like Feedly, this way you get all of the latest posts!
