Spoilers Below

Turns out Keith used to be Dylan’s buddy…who knew? Well at least he was until Alexis stole Keith away from her sister. Soon, Alexis starts getting close to Golan which leaves Dylan to think that this may be the Keith situation all over again. Golan’s plan is to pal around Alexis until he gets popular which should make it easier for the monster to take over Oak Grove.

A party ensues and Dylan convinces Golan to go and show everyone his magic tricks. Unfortunately for her, Golan’s magic goes over like CRAZY and now he’s on his way to being popular. It isn’t long before Dylan knows the best way to rid of a popular kid in school…GET THE KID PREGNANT! Yep, just like Carole, Golan gets pregnant thanks to a spell by Dylan leaving the demon at nine months. But, unlike Carole, Golan’s not going to miss any school because the mother of two decides to show Golan how to hide a preggo gut.

Golan heads to school, but his outfit doesn’t work and instead his new pregnant body makes him the most popular kid in school. As a result, Alexis has no interest in being homecoming queen to Keith, instead she takes liege with Golan. Dylan nearly kills Golan, but she figures a different way of getting back at her God Lord. The little demon-child decides to re-team with Keith to become a king and take back Alexis.

Dylan’s plan? Incapacitate Keith so that he’s in a vegetative state. Yep, Dylan bashes Keith’s brains in which makes him irresistible to the student body. Keith wins homecoming king and Alexis goes with him causing Golan to go into labor and letting out a grotesque Prometheus looking monster but with Dylan’s face. Named ‘Penis’, the monster goes wild and cleans out the dance floor.

Our Take

This show must push a lot of buttons on FOX, because it’s maybe the most violent. Family Guy has toned down in years in this department, leaving way for the epic battles that is this show. Moreover, whenever I see this show take on a more fantasy approach be it with the spells or different monsters, true hysteria ensues. The mutant baby at the end is proof of this, and now it leaves me wondering if that thing comes back next season.

Speaking of next seasons, it was interesting to see Keith kind of hint at a back story for the Beeklers a bit. I know fans are wondering what happened with Mr. Beekler between seasons one and two, maybe season three can provide some answers?

We are going to get in more in depth on the season in our season review coming next week, but what’s there NOT to like about this show? It’s funny as hell, violence everywhere, and the voice cast is very good. I do think that there are a BUNCH of improvements from season one, but overall the same soul is in place which I think is the most important thing. Here’s hoping FOX does the right thing and pick this up for season number three.
