Review: Crash Canyon “Sid Our Hero”

As it turns out…Sid Butane has healing powers. Or does he?

So on this week’s episode we find out Sid Butane has healing powers(after helping Roxi with her repeated bee stings to the head…yea don’t ask).  As such, with Sid’s new powers, the canyon dwellers start to see him as a God in which some actually do worship, and Jake starts to profit with donations and sales from merchandise. Soon enough, everyone starts to go to Sid for advice on how to deal with their problems, and for a small fee, you get some “expert advise” from the man himself. However, Sherri and Norm get worried about their daughter when she starts spouting off religious bull shit that really doesn’t make sense( kind of like a real religion) and the scam starts to fall apart( or does it?).

Overall, not a great episode but a good moral and an honest reflection at how religion typically works makes this a passing affair.
