Breathe Deep to Win! Teamwork Cuts Through the Foul Odor of Obsession!

This week, The Leptons have to team up with Stink Finger to defeat Gaz’s stinky ex as well as a team of puppy humans. They do just that and then hit the showers.

Honor! Money! Swords! Dongs! Ultimate Gaz Boom Boom Rookie Card Battle Begin! Fight! 

Ace and Babyball convince Gaz to visit her ex-boyfriend and get back her rookie “holo-cards” which are worth quite a bit of cash now. After a crazy as hell battle, we finally get to meet Gaz’s ex who is all the happier to get rid of anything that belongs to the legendary ballplayer.

Our Take

I can’t recall a time when an Adult Swim series has been able to go to this extreme on sexual innuendo, but I’m happy to see it’s finally happened. Perhaps Christy Karacas took a page from fellow Titmouse series Big Mouth? Regardless, the battle scenes are mesmerizing, and in this week’s duo of episodes, we get to learn a lot about Gaz’s past including her importance in the sport, ex-boyfriends, and some merchandise that maybe should’ve stayed on the cutting room floor. The second of two episodes took a bit to get going, but overall this show has been all money.
