Review: Aqua Teen Hunger Force Forever ‘The Last One Forever and Ever (For Real This Time) (We F*cking Mean It)’

Warning, Spoilers Below:

Aqua Teen, you gone be forever. I’LL NEVA FORGET YOU. NOT NEVA FOR NOTHIN’ OR NOBODY.

This week’s Aqua Teen, the very last Aqua Teen ever – was everything Aqua should be. WHY YOU GOTTA PLAY WITH MY EMOTIONS FOR?!?!?

Let’s talk about it, together.

First of all, this installment of New Jersey’s favorite detectives was an entire half hour long (with commercials, but you get the drift). Having more than 12 minutes of Aqua is always a treat and because I’m fairly terrible at my job here, I didn’t even know it was gonna pop off like that. Delicious.

Second of all, this episode had a plot and now I will say things about it. Obviously as stated above, imma spit some spoilers so watch yo ass. If you ain’t wanna hear them type things, please skip the next paragraph, brah.

This go round we find out that Frylock’s jewel is about to expire, and without finding a replacement, big homey shall perish. With this knowledge, the gang attempts to score a replacement jewel from the planet Chlamydia – which sorta most of the way doesn’t work as planned. Also, Shake has a jewel and he dies. Frylock also dies. ERRBODY DYING. Eventually Meatwad moves on with his life and the subsequent montage-esque scene to follow is great. There’s your plot. Twas prettay prettay prettay good.

Let’s talk criticism.

I have but ONE teeny tiny thing I would have liked to see in this episode: the Mooninites and/or the Plutonians. I mean, literally that’s it. Well, okay, also MAYBE a real quick Dr. Weird cameo as well. Know what I’m saying? Just tie it all together, all those seasons.

Well. That’s all she wrote. I have no complaints to bitch about, and I literally will never be able to bitch about this show again. This episode was hilarious and was a fitting way to close off the show.

Fuck, I’m sad. Time to drink until I can feel feelings again.

Adios Aqua Teen, thanks for all the fucking dope-ass times. I will never stop re-watching this show, and through that, for me, Aqua Teen will always be forever.

Cue credits. Drop the mic. All praise be to Gee Whiz.
