We all know religious figures and deities are known to appear on tortillas in Mexico, as stains on bar walls, or as blood-crying Virgin Mary statues,but something that looks like Mr. Burns from The Simpsons in a lava lamp? Now that’s just downright crazy.

But Reddit user Spare_Nova posted the above photo, and some indeed claimed it resembles Springfield’s oldest resident. Personally I see a blob that looks more like one of the dudes on the cover of Black Sabbath’s Never Say Die!

Or maybe – just maybe! – one of the little fetus clones that Mr. Burns keeps in his lab.
