The recently relaunched Boomerang network is getting ready to make a name for itself. While Adult Swim and Cartoon Network share a dial that does a lot of business, Boomerang was more of an archive, a keepsake if you will, of animated goodness from yesteryear. Unfortunately for them, viewers have access to plenty of archives for cartoons with Netflix, Hulu, and the like, so now it’s gotta pivot and come up with something fresh.

Enter Wabbit-A Looney Tunes Production. A reprisal of the slapstick classic years of Bugs Bunny coming to the prime-time slot of Boomerang’s relaunch on October 5th @ 8 pm ET/PT. The series will feature Jeff Bergman as Bugs featured in four shorts per one whole episode. The series promises to reboot a LOT of characters from the Looney Tunes series and introduce some news, much to a mixed fan reaction.

More over,  a panel for the series will take place at New York Comic Con 2015 on Sunday, October 11th @ 12:15 pm. Here’s what the website for NYCC had to say about the panel which will see Bob Bergen, Gary Hartle, and Bergman as the panelists:
