Netflix Unveils Game-Inspired Adult Animation Slate For Geeked Week 2022
Netflix’s games day as part of the streamer’s Geeked Week started on a dour note with reports on the cancellation of Adventure Beast season two, but we got a whole bunch of reveals for new adult animation coming inspired by games that you can see below. The third season of DOTA: Dragon’s Blood season three is a big deal, along with the announcement of the new Castlevania spin-off series.
Dragon Age: Absolution: That’s right! The hit role-playing video game is being adapted as an animated series at Netflix, and we’ve got the new teaser and the poster to prove it.

The series is led by showrunner Kevin Kolde and Creator/Writer Clive Bradley and produced by Project 51 Productions with production services provided by Powerhouse Animation. Castlevania: Nocturne follows Richter, a descendant of the Belmont family, popularized in the iconic Symphony of Night and Blood of Rondo Castlevania games.
