Netflix News: Saturday Morning All Star Hits! Gets Start Date ; Rihanna Teaming With Arcane Animated Series

Arcane is slated to kick off it’s second act this Saturday for Netflix, and Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty knows all about the show’s recent success and is teaming up with producer Riot Games (who is also planning other animated projects) to produce more fashionable choices for the show’s stars. Fortiche, a French studio based in Paris provided the animation services. Set in the past, the series retells the origin stories of several characters from Piltover and Zaun.

Collaborations were made with games such as Valorant which include the Arcane Collector’s Set. This is a limited edition bundle set that is available from November 5 to November 22 of 2021, which include the Arcane Mysteries Card, Jinx Title, Tag! You’re Dead! Spray, Monkey Business Buddy, and the Arcane Sheriff, which was inspired by Powder’s (Jinx) Zap Gun in League of Legends.

Last week, for the global premier, Riot Games streamed the first episode on Twitch. Some content creators were allowed to co-stream the first three episodes of the series once they received permission from Riot Games, a first for a Netflix series, which also allowed viewers to retrieve in-game drops during the premier.  Drops were only included in the games League of Legends (Arcane Capsule), Wild Rift (“A Single Tear” Emote), Teamfight Tactics Tactics (Gizmos & Gadgets Little Legends Egg), Legends of Runeterra (“Fascinating” Emote), and Valorant (“Fishbones” Gun Buddy). The premiere received 1.8 million concurrent viewers on Twitch.
