Mortal Kombat Legends Snow Blind News Leaked

Possible Leaks have surfaced of an announced 3rd Mortal Kombat Legends animated film called “Snow Blind” featuring Kenshi as the protagonist. As can be seen by this leaked cover, expect to see Shang Tsung, and a much older Kuai Liang (the current Sub Zero).



Also, in other news that’s leaked, the synopsis reveals a plot that is slightly different than the usual “tournament” storylines:

“The Devious and Power-Hungry Kano is determined to take over Earthrealm soul by soul together with three ice-cold Black Dragon mercenaries, He attacks one defenseless city after another. His demand is simple: Submission or death. Kenshi, a rebel warrior calls on Kuai Liang (An Older Sub Zero) for help the only one strong enough to take on Kano. But Kuai Liang is no longer a warrior and isn’t disciplined enough to defeat Kano. If Kuai Liang can’t remove the doubts holding him back, Earthrealm will fall. Everything is at stake, and never have the consequences been so grave!”

Our Take

With the way Battle of the Realms ended, I’m shocked we’re getting another one of these. Though It’s a fresh start, to begin with, a new storyline and protagonist given how the previous film felt like a proper continuation/ending to Scorpions Revenge.

Kenshi the blind swordsman is considered a fan favorite during the “2000’s 3D Era” of MK games such as Deadly Alliance, Deception, and Armageddon, who was popular enough to make it to a couple of the new WB MK games later on. It makes sense to start a new plot while also bringing back villains I thought were dead in Scorpion’s Revenge such as Kano and his Black Dragon Crime Syndicate who are often foes to Sonya and Jax.

At the time of this article, there’s no word on who the voice cast will be. But according to an alleged leaked article also confirming this, the release date for the Blu-Ray is said to be October 11, 2022, but this may be subject to change…
