Mike Judge to Get An Award For Animation: Should Follow This Up With Some Animation
Please sir, may I have some more?
Fresh off a cameo of the recently released Nerdland, Mike Judge has officially been selected to receive the WGA West Animation Writers Caucus’ 2016 Animation Writing Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the animation industry for which there are many.
Mike Judge is the creator of shows like Beavis and Butt-Head, King of the Hill, and probably should be credited with a hockey assist for Daria. Since then, Mike has gone on to win a bunch of Emmys for his live-action series Silicon Valley.
Here’s hoping this inspires Mike to either A) produce a new animated series or B) bring back one of his once-aired franchises but with new episodes.
Hi Ashley, thank you so much for reading and we love the feedback. Note that on that day we had 14th posts go up and only ten posts show on the front page, so it's possible the preview had already been archived by the time you got to it. One recommendation would be to add our RSS feed to your favorite news aggregator service like Feedly, this way you get all of the latest posts!
