LeBron James in next ‘Space Jam’ is proof there is no God.

SpaceJam1

The original Space Jam movie was one of the best sports films ever made. The film featured outstanding characters played on both sides of the ball with Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Bill Murray on the live-action front with Billy West, Dee Bradley Baker, Bob Bergen, and the brilliant Danny DeVito. The film was a commercial success and helped introduce the great sport of basketball to a younger audience during a time where not everyone had cable so your best bet at catching any NBA action was on the weekends after Football was over, or at live games.

Eighteen years later, Michael Jordan has retired and The Looney Tunes are recently cancelled, so what now? Well, according to Deadline.com, it looks like we are getting a Space Jam 2! Now, upon first hearing this news I was rather excited…until I saw which NBA star was being attached. Lebron fucking James of the Miami Heat. Why? Because there is no God and if there is one he hates fans of basketball.

Nobody wants Lebron James as the co-star to the Looney Tunes! What the hell, if Lebron were in the first Space Jam, he would’ve flopped every time the Monstars made a cut to the basket. Though, if NBA refs are being used in this upcoming film, chances are they won’t charge Lebron with any fouls anyway so maybe Bugs and Company know something we don’t.

As of now, Lebron isn’t 100% on board, nor is it clear if all of the Looney Tunes voices will return from the first film or if they will use the voices that were used in the recently cancelled Cartoon Network series. Fuck Lebron.
