Lat Am: Comedy Central Finally Gets “The Cyanide & Happiness Show”…kinda
Patience is a virtue.
A couple of years ago, the producers of Cyanide & Happiness were shopping The Cyanide & Happiness Show to which Comedy Central was interested. However, the producers of made the wise choice of protecting their intellectual property and instead helped take the franchise to new heights that have included tons of merchandise, a rabid fan base, and three seasons of the series to the now-defunct Seeso.
Welp, that’s all changed now because The Cyanide & Happiness Show has officially been picked up…by Cablenet Comedy Central in Latin America. That’s right, all three seasons of the series will officially be airing in the Latin American market.
When this will air and whether or not there will be any localized dubbing remains to be seen, but this is great news for The Cyanide & Happiness Show as it now shills the franchise to territories, possibly non-English speaking ones, which should only further the plans of Explosm’s world domination.
