LA: Titmouse Producers/Mr. Pickles Producer Announce Art Show

Wanna go to an art show that will be very un-Easter? Well, if you live in or near the 90013 area code, you’re in luck because the producers of some of the most satanic animated shows in television are coming to fuck your brain hole.

Announced for the “That’s a Spicey Art Show” is Will Carsola (Mr. Pickles), JJ Villard (King Star King), Christy Karacas (Superjail!), and Henry Bonsu (Lazor Wolf) along with a slew of others. Ironically enough, the poster looks like a send-up of the Starburns Industries logo, however, as far as I know, nobody at the art show is affiliated with THAT studio as I see more Hothouse Productions/Titmouse names on the marquee.

In terms of projects, we know that Mr. Pickles is returning for a third season this fall on Adult Swim, and I’ve heard that JJ and Christy have projects in the works as well. The last I heard of Bonsu and Christy in the same article was when Adult Swim announced development projects for both a couple of years ago, but not much since. Hopefully, by the time Adult Swim’s Upfronts is here, we’ll know more.
