Kevin Hart Working With Lionsgate On An Animated Series For FOX
Fat chance we get to see it.
Kevin Hart is reportedly working on an animated series in conjunction with Lionsgate television inspired by his childhood. All this was revealed in a new interview with Lionsgate CEO Kevin Beggs over at BroadcastingCable.com. Not much else is known about the animated comedy as of now.
Our Take
Kevin Hart would be a HUGE “get” for FOX and would certainly add star power to an animation lineup that’s beginning to show it’s age in terms of relevancy aside from the Emmy-winning Bob’s Burgers. That said, FOX has had animated comedy flirtations with the likes of Ryan Reynolds, 50 Cent, and a slew of others with little to no avail so I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you.
