Godzilla Singular Point Headed To Netflix In 2021
Set to premiere sometime in 2021 for Netflix is Godzilla Singular Point from the studio teams of Bones and Orange. The project will not be set in the same universe as the previous Godzilla anime on Netflix but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be any less kaiju. The series is being directed by Atsushi Takahashi, featuring character designs/written by Exorcist’s Kazue Kato in collaboration with Eiji Yamamori who will be designing the look of titular character.
Our Take
Already there’s going to be a Godzilla vs Kong feature-length next year, so this could be a great segue to the blockbuster action flick that probably was going to bomb this year regardless of COVID.
