“Game of Zones” Set To Return This April For B/R

Adam and Craig Malamut’s Game of Zones animated series has been teased for an April return. The mock parody series that combines the drama of the NBA with the feudal settings of Game of Thrones is expected to hit Facebook, Youtube, the B/R app, and Twitter with all-new episodes with continued extended clips being provided on Instagram as well. This will be the show’s sixth season that comes off a very successful fifth season that also included a Christmas special.
Our Take
With the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers struggling to find an identity, the clusterfuck at the trade deadline concerning Anthony Davis, and the rise of the NBA2k League, it’s hard to imagine where the producers are going to be able to find any sort of inspiration for future episodes of Game of Zones.
