FXX News: Animation Network Readies Launch Of Archer S13 And Little Demon

Some of the producers over at Shadowmachine Productions, mostly the post-production staff, has just unionized with the Editor’s Guild, but that’s not stopping FXX from readying the launch of their new adult animated series Little Demon which kicks off August 25th.

The series took part in a TCA virtual panel earlier this week that was largely the same as their SDCC 2022 panel, just with different questions. Of note, the series is really pushing the animated boundaries over at FXX with full frontal nudity, crass language, and a whole bunch more.

In FX’s Little Demon, an animated comedy featuring the voices of Danny DeVito and Aubrey Plaza, it has been 13 years since being impregnated by Satan, and a reluctant mother, Laura, and her Antichrist daughter, Chrissy, attempt to live an ordinary life in Delaware. However, the two are constantly thwarted by monstrous forces, including Satan, who yearns for custody of his daughter’s soul.

Archer returns 8.24 on FXX and to help celebrate the network has released the official trailer for the upcoming season which is good because the SDCC 2022 panel didn’t have anything of value for the future.

The upcoming season will be the first to be without Jessica Walter (Malory Archer) and as can be seen by the trailer it looks as though the artists formerly known as ISIS are going full Game of Thrones to figure out who is going to be the top draw at the agency.

Synopsis:

In season 13 of FX‘s comedy Archer, The Agency have been acquired by the spy conglomerate known as IIA (International Intelligence Agency). As Archer and gang struggle to find their identity performing odd missions for Fabian, one question arises: will they be able to maintain independence, or will they succumb to their corporate overlords?
