Frank Vincent, plus Misfits and Ramones guitar players, battle zombie heads in new ‘Killogy’ teaser
Holy hell. It has been over a year since we’ve last heard from the producers of Killogy, but the animated series inspired by Life of Agony’s Albert Roberts’ short-run comic series of the same name, was definitely in the works and it looks like a lot of man hours were put in.
The first teaser which was premiered on RollingStone.com, showcases a stellar cast that includes the brilliant Frank Vincent (Goodfellas), Marky Ramone (The Ramones), Brea Grant (Heroes), and the one and only Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein (The Misfits).
So, a couple things happened when this teaser premiered. For starters, a web site associated with Rolling Stone Magazine mentioned something related to the Misfits which is pretty much unheard of nowadays. The other thing that happened is, we got to see animated renditions of all of the aforementioned names and it looks fucking awesome.
The series follows three accused murderers whom are trying to survive a post-apocalyptic Brooklyn. In this clip, Doyle shows up with an axe and helps bail out our survivors whom are being overrun by floating zombie heads. Yea, it’s that out of control.
No word yet as to when the Killogy series or when, but the IDW published property looks like it is oozing with promise and I can’t wait to see it.
Hi Ashley, thank you so much for reading and we love the feedback. Note that on that day we had 14th posts go up and only ten posts show on the front page, so it's possible the preview had already been archived by the time you got to it. One recommendation would be to add our RSS feed to your favorite news aggregator service like Feedly, this way you get all of the latest posts!
