FOX Launches Social Channels And Key Art For New AniDom Series “HouseBroken”
FOX has officially launched social channels with key art for a new Animation Domination series Housebroken, the upcoming American adult animated sitcom created by Jennifer Crittenden, Clea DuVall, and Gabrielle Allan. Search up HousebrokenFOX for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to add the aforementioned channels.
Housebroken follows an anthropomorphic therapy dog named Honey, who explores human dysfunctions and neurosis by applying her knowledge of psychiatry through leading a group of other anthropomorphic neighborhood animals in group therapy sessions.Set to star is Lisa Kudrow in the lead role as “Honey” plus the likes of Will Forte, Sam Richardson, and Tony Hale in supporting roles. The series is being animated by Bento Box Entertainment with FOX Entertainment, WBTV, and Kapital Entertainment as producers.
Our Take
The new social channels signals a “Coming Soon” note which means we should be hearing about a premiere date any day now and it could even happen this summer with Duncanville already getting a May 2021 start for the show’s second season. I doubt Fall 2021 only because FOX hasn’t been premiering new series on Sunday Nights until the MLB and NFL Playoffs out of the way, and really, one could argue that maybe in the future, don’t schedule premieres on the same day as the Daytona 500. There have been rumors of FOX launching a second animation block for during the week which would fix all of those worries, but nothing has been announced as of yet.
