February To Be A Sad Month For “Family Guy”

Well this sucks…

Futurama seasons 7-10 is leaving Netflix next Tuesday followed closely by Family Guy’s departure from the streaming service starting Feb 14th for seasons 1-8. This, of course, will cap off a shit month for Family Guy as the FOX animated series won’t air any brand-new episodes the entirety of the month thanks to the Olympics, the Oscars, the Super Bowl, and whatever else.

We still have plenty of Season 16 episodes to go for 2018 but they don’t kick off again until March 11th. Season 16 guest stars have or have yet to include the likes of Danny Trejo, Ian McKellen, Kristen Bell, Louis C.K., Bill Maher, and Modern Family cast members Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen and Sofía Vergara. Family Guy Season 16 also features the final episodes of the late Adam West and Carrie Fisher.

Family Guy is an American animated sitcom created by Seth MacFarlane for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The series centers on the Griffins, a family consisting of parents Peter and Lois; their children, Meg, Chris, and Stewie; and their anthropomorphic pet dog, Brian. The show is set in the fictional city of Quahog, Rhode Island, and exhibits much of its humor in the form of metafictional cutaway gags that often lampoon American culture.
