The Rick and Morty ratings being so far down (upwards of 30% year over year) would tell you that there is clearly a dissent as a result of Roiland's absence from the series. That said, I'd rather have some sort of English dubbed adaptation than no English dub at all and if it means it has to be with the new actors from the show then so be it. As for subtitles, those only meet ADA requirements for people hard of hearing, but what about people that are hard of sight like blindness, dyslexia, etc? Netflix and MAX cost the same amount of money per month and Netflix features WAY more content for the dollar than MAX does (look at the graphs above), and they 9 times out of 10 dub their international productions regardless if it's from Japan, France, or other other non-native speaking countries. They have a few acquisitions that don't have dubs, but it appears that's going to be a thing of the past as well.
