English Dub Review: Attack on Titan “Lost Girls: Wall Sina, Goodbye: Part 2”

Overview:

After discovering the body of Carly’s lover, Annie plans the next steps of her search. However, her snooping lands her in trouble and she’ll need to think quickly if she hopes to survive.

Our Take:

I have one Titan-sized complaint, a minor spoiler ahead but to get herself out of a bind Annie uses her Titan form. Now, two of the men died and one of them was sworn to secrecy but there was still a big explosion and I imagine there would be some parts of a Titan left. But maybe I’m overthinking it, other than that I loved this look into Annie.

As I’ve said she’s one of my favorites and I loved seeing her in action. If there is one thing I hope for in the final “final” season it’s that we get to see more of her. One thing about all these characters is that they at least attempt to see things from others’ perspectives. We don’t quite know how Eren is going to end things yet. So far he seems to be the only one that is dead set in his ways from the beginning. His hatred just pivots from Titans to Marley and the rest of the world.
