HBO MAX didn’t offer any whereabouts as to when the third season of Harley Quinn is specifically expected to drop, just this teaser featuring the show’s titular character (voiced by Kaley Cuoco) with a timeframe of 2022.

Harley Quinn EP Patrick Schumacker is teasing avery special guest” voice that has already recorded parts for the upcoming season three of HBO MAX’s series. The show has already had a who’s who of guest stars including George Lopez, Howie Mandel, Frankie Muniz, and others so this must be a big deal. The third season of Harley Quinn is slated for premiere by end of 2021. Season 3 will explore Harley’s reaction to a half healthy relationship with Ivy as well as focusing more on Ivy’s backstory as the previous two seasons were mainly focused on Harley. With that, Schumacker has said that new writers of LGBTQ+ have been hired because of the direction of season 2 and that it’s a priority to diversify the staff for season 3. It has also been revealed that Dean Lorey would no longer be available to return as showrunner for season 3 and would be replaced by new co-showrunners Chrissy Pietrosh and Jessica Goldstein alongside Patrick and Justin Halpern. Composer Jefferson Friedman rumored there would be a musical episode coming with an entire refresh of the musical composition that will focus on each character.

DC has announced a 2023 drop frame for their upcoming Batman: Caped Crusader which comes from JJ Abrams, Bruce Timm, James Tucker, and Matt Reeves. The series will feature a noir-type aesthetic that will give us the early developments of Gotham City’s key pillars of good and evil including Batman, The Penguin, The Joker, and Catwoman. It’s here where we’ll see the eventual development of some of the earliest iconic weaponry and tools used by the aforementioned characters as they vie for Gotham’s soul.

HBO MAX has released the first two episodes of Young Justice: Phantoms today, episode three is coming Thursday the 21st with weekly premieres that will run from the end of October until Christmas.

Synopsis:

Being a teenager means proving yourself over and over, to peers, parents, teachers, mentors and, ultimately, to yourself. But what if you’re not just a normal teenager? What if you’re a teenage superhero? How much harder will it be to prove yourself in a world of superpowers, super villains and super secrets? Are you ready to come of age in such a world? DC Animated’s Injustice is slated to be released on October 19th, and new clips have been released that you can see below. The animated adaptation of the popular video game franchise features Smallville’s Justin Hartley as Superman and Star Trek: Discovery’s Anson Mount as Batman with Injustice co-creator Ed Boon as a consultant.

Warner Bros. Animation and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment are working on a Milestone animated movie based on a screenplay by Hardware Season One writer Brandon Thomas.
