Couple Who Met On “South Park: Phone Destroyer” Weds

A fun story hit Reddit yesterday, as a couple who had met on South Park: Phone Destroyer had met and as of Friday, were married. Discord team members JanePain and @Pantera202 (a great username) reportedly met through their mutual love of South Park: Phone Destroyer and quickly tied the knot.

For those that don’t know, based upon the American adult animated sitcom South Park, South Park: Phone Destroyer follows the children of the small town as they play a game based around different role-playing games using different themes (Adventure, Sci-Fi, Mystical, Fantasy, Superheroes and Neutral). The player takes the role of The New Kid as previously introduced in The Stick of Truth and again in The Fractured But Whole. Action packed real-time strategy, exploding PvP battles, trademark South Park humor and collectible cards are the key ingredients in a game that has since gone on to have numerous updates including one not too long ago. 

Fans of the show will be excited to hear that South Park returns September 25th only on Comedy Central, and that there’s a new Escape Room attraction inspired by the series that is opening up locations nationwide.
