Corner Gas Animated Wins 2020 Canadian Screen Award For Best Animated Series

They didn’t win for the 2019 iteration of the live-event, but 2020 is a different story because Corner Gas Animated has won Best Animated Series in this year’s Canadian Screen Awards. Not only did the show win, but creator Brent Butt took home an award for “Best Performance in an Animated Series” and writer Diana Frances took home “Best Writing in an Animated Program or Series”.

Corner Gas Animated is currently in production for a third season expected to premiere in 2021.

Synopsis:
