CANADA: “Corner Gas Animated” Season Two Start Date/Time Announced
Summer season is heating up!
Set to debut on July 1st @ 8pm on The Comedy Network will be an all-new season of Corner Gas Animated. The series is expected to bring 13 episodes that act as a continuation of the animated revival of the hit live-action Canadian series Corner Gas. The series was created and written by Brent Butt and David Storey and it follows the everyday lives of the residents of the small town of Dog River, Saskatchewan.
Today, the series is a Canadian-exclusive, however, the producers tease that the animated series is expected to be available for United States viewers sometime before the end of the year with the likely lead being Amazon which currently hosts the entirety of the live-action series as part of its Prime streaming service.
Here’s an official video announcement of the new season. As part of the announcement, it has been revealed that Michael J. Fox (Back to the Future) will guest star in the season premiere!
