Bongo Comics to be at SDCC 2013! Lists exclusives!
Futurama and The Simpsons to be repped!
Despite the cancellation of the Futurama animated series, the comic series from Bongo Comics is in full support and that is clearly evidenced by their list of exclusives the Comic Book studios is bringing to San Diego Comic Con 2013.
According to the official website for San Diego Comic Con, Bongo plans to bring along a Futurama pin-up calendar, a double issue comic featuring the Professor Frink and Mr. Burns one-shots respectively, and the kicker being a new Trade Paper Back for Futurama Comics featuring 104 pages all put together as a special tribute to the show’s final season on Comedy Central.
Prices for the items range in the $10 range for the comic and the pin-up all the way up to $20 for the Trade Paper Back. As of now the Futurama Comics TPB is exclusive to San Diego Comic Con, but hopefully they decide to release the collection in stores everywhere before the end of the year.
