Netflix has picked up BoJack Horseman for a sixth season only a few weeks after the show’s very good fifth season dropped that you can read more about here.
Will Arnett voices BoJack, the failed legendary 90’s sitcom star from the favorite family sitcom Horsin’ Around, who has been trying to find his way through a muddle of self-loathing, whiskey and failed relationships. Now, in the presence of his human sidekick Todd (Aaron Paul) and his feline agent and ex-paramour Princess Carolyn (Amy Sedaris), BoJack is primed for his comeback…
Our Take
BoJack Horseman might go down as one of the most successful properties Netflix has every managed. Between syndication and merch deals to go along with multiple season renewals, BoJack is poised to make a South Park like run for its’ streaming parent.
