Aqua Teen Web Series Reportedly Debuts This Monday On Adult Swim Social Channels
Shorts are all the rage right now. HBO MAX just dropped the first three episodes of The Hamlet Factory, Comedy Central is readying the launch of a new shorts series with Bobby Moynihan this weekend, and now Aquadonk Side Pieces is reportedly readying a launch for Monday on Adult Swim’s social channels.
Aquadonk Side Pieces is the long-awaited continuation of the beloved Adult Swim animated series Aqua Teen Hunger Force where fans will be bestowed with the gift of learning what happens in the later lives of various side characters and villains such as The Mooninites, The Plutonians, MC Pee Pants, The Frat Aliens, Happy Time Harry, Handbanana, and The Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past. Aquadonk Side Pieces was created by Matt Maiellaro and Dave Willis.
Each digital short series will highlight minor characters that have previously appeared in or been inspired by fan-favorite series and create new worlds with them as the stars. One of the voice stars for the aforementioned characters, MC Pee Pants, was the one who leaked out the news about the return of Aqua.
