Overview:
Will Tsunagu be able to return to school without any consequences?
Our Take(Spoilers):
All you have to do is look at the thumbnail for this episode on Crunchyroll’s website to understand why I was excited. It’s a picture of Yukihiro leaning on Kisara’s shoulder, and while that scene made up a small part of the episode, it was everything for me. They even did the joke about the moon that you need to have some knowledge of Japanese to get. Kisara said, “The moon is beautiful tonight,” and apparently, in Japanese, that phrase sounds very similar to “I love you”. Which made Yukihiro question it, and she freaked out, which was cute, but I feel like some people might not get why it was such a cute moment.
The one thing I find kind of odd is that in this episode, we finally got to see Tsunagu’s mother. Mari wants to meet up with her and talk. When they showed her, it felt like I was looking at an older version of Mari; they looked that similar. If we hadn’t seen Mari’s mother, I would have thought it was her own mom. But she gave Mari her blessing, and they decided to fight the accusations, and luckily, it went smoothly. It was fortunate that they believed the evidence in front of them and resolved the issue quite nicely. I’m more excited to write the season review for this show than I thought I would be.
