Patrick Seitz Leads English Dub Voice Cast For Adult Swim’s “Rooster Fighter” Anime

VIZ Media has officially unveiled the English dub cast for the highly anticipated anime adaptation of Shu Sakuratani’s action-comedy manga, Rooster Fighter. The announcement was made during the VIZ Media industry panel at New York Comic Con 2025.

Veteran voice actor Patrick Seitz will take on the lead role of Keiji, the titular rooster who travels the world fighting giant demons to protect humanity.

Joining Seitz in the main cast are:

  • Luci Christian as Elizabeth
  • Kimoy Lee as Piyoko
  • Robbie Daymond as Keisuke
  • Roger Rose as Morio

The anime is scheduled to premiere in the spring of 2026.

The series is being directed by Daisuke Suzuki, with Hiroshi Seko (Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen) handling the series composition. The animation production will be handled by Sanzigen, known for its 3DCG work, in collaboration with SOLA ENTERTAINMENT. The production is a joint effort between VIZ Media and HERO’s.

Rooster Fighter began its serialization in December 2020 and has gained a significant international following for its unique premise and blend of intense action with heartfelt storytelling. The manga is currently licensed and published in English by VIZ Media. The story follows the headstrong rooster Keiji on his quest to avenge his sister’s death and defend humanity from monstrous foes, proving that heroes can come in all shapes and sizes.
