Adult Swim Slated To Premiere Women Wearing Shoulder Pads: English Dubbed Adaptation; Streaming Next Day On MAX

Bubbleblabber Latin America has been covering the original Spanish-language version of Women Wearing Shoulder Pads but now it’s us English speaking countries’ turn to watch the series in all of it’s English dubbed glory.

Slated to premiere on Adult Swim starting Sunday, September 28th at 12:15 am ET will be the English dubbed adaptation of Women Wearing Shoulder Pads done in the form of a compilation film that will also stream on HBO MAX the next day. “Women Wearing Shoulder Pads” is a quarter-hour comedy that features an all-female cast and centers on Marioneta, an extremely wealthy and ambitious Spaniard living in South America pursuing business and pleasure.

The series comes from creator Gonzalo Cordova (“Tuca & Bertie,” “Adam Ruins Everything”) in partnership with Mexico City-based studio Cinema Fantasma (“Frankelda’s Book of Spooks”).
