Review: The Great North “MIB: Men in Belts Adventure”

Wolf and Honeybee team up with the Tuntleys to catch some thieves.

Our Take

This week’s episode is actually the tale of two scandals. Not only do Wolf and Honeybee seek out some thieves that never have to pay for a meal, but Beef and Walt become best friends until a misunderstanding over a belt buckle tears them apart forcing the kids from both families to have to come together and rebuild the relationship.

Carlee Malemute pens a rather entertaining script with both plots even if they were almost identical in terms of their overall execution. The dialogue was definitely there with entertaining one-liners and I particularly enjoyed Walt and Beef’s montage that shows a number of fun activities that the duo used to take part in before their fashion miscues began to rear their ugly heads.

Overall a solid episode episode if not ordinary. The Great North features TWO new episodes next week before AniDom takes a break for the rest of June so we’ll see if we can finish up the month on a great note.
