Overview:
Yang Cheng gains public trust after footage of him saving Pomelo makes its way around social media.
Our Take(Spoilers):
This might end up being one of the best shows I’ve ever watched when all is said and done. It feels like no character is safe because someone is seemingly killed every other episode. I didn’t want Yang Cheng to get cucked but I also didn’t want Shang Chao to get murdered. Yang Cheng needed to be honest with his feelings and something tells me that if Shang does die, this is what leads him down the path to being the type of person that might shoot Moon. If it was indeed E-Soul who shot her, and if it was THIS E-Soul.
I think this show skipping around a bit is going to be fascinating. Before Enlighter goes crazy trying to prove that Nice isn’t a true hero he’s seen here helping Yang with his case. Someone tried to frame Yang and say that he staged Pomelo’s kidnapping to get the chance to be the hero. We know that’s not true and luckily Shang Chao and Enlighter went to bat for our boy. But who would want to have Shang killed? Shang was wearing an E-Soul mask so maybe they thought they were killing Yang? All I know is a lot of questions are getting posed with not too many answers.
