Overview:

Everyone in Ishimori’s class is discussing love. Is it better to hide your feelings or let them fly free?

Our Take:

I understand that tropes are a thing for a reason, and this show uses plenty of them. But I also like it when tropes are ignored or changed slightly. There were multiple times in this episode that there could have been misunderstandings. Ishimori shows up to Miura’s work with a “date” because she went out of her way to describe her type as not Miura. Instead of getting the wrong idea, he rescues her from a situation that she didn’t want to be in. This time, she got to return the favor, however, because Miura got picked on for some reason and was left tied up with his mouth taped shut in the storage room he likes.

I don’t recall who those guys were, but they hurt Ishimori before she rescued Miura, and I was scared it would affect her role in the relay race. If she got injured and messed up that would have sucked for multiple reasons. I wouldn’t have liked seeing her fail again, and I have a feeling Miura would have blamed himself as well. Luckily, she did awesome but did have to go to the health room, where it seems like Miura kissed her, but she thinks it’s a dream. I hope that doesn’t become a misunderstanding.
