Universal Basic Guys Gets Australian Premiere Date On Stan

By John Schwarz

November 09, 2024

Set to stream on Australia’s Stan starting December 9th will be the brand-new FOX series Universal Basic Guys.

In the series, two brothers lose their jobs to automation and are given $3,000 a month in a new basic income program, allowing them to use their free time and free money to find purpose in a world where they’re no longer needed.

The series comes from Adam and Craig Malamut and is produced by Leith Hill Productions, Fox Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television, with Bento Box Entertainment providing the animation. Dan Lagana serves as an executive producer and the showrunner for the first season.
