Season Review: Aqua Teen Hunger Force Season Twelve
Overview:
The fast food gang is back and the adventures keep getting weird.
Our Take:
It’s been over eight years since we’ve gotten a new Aqua Teen Hunger Force season. This one only consists of five episodes, but they’re five enjoyable and memorable episodes. Season 12 kicks off with Shake ruling over a virtual world and ends with him and Carl falling for a literal pyramid scheme. There is no shortage of strange adventures filled with twists and turns in between.
The quality of the show is largely the same as it’s always been. The visuals haven’t really been improved with the exception of the intro. The VR game world in the first episode looks good too, but that’s a different style from the rest of the show. Regardless, it contains some of the best visuals I’ve seen from this show as a whole.
It’s great to see the cast again. It’s been so long since I’ve seen Shake, Frylock, Meatwad and Carl. All of the original voice actors are back and the characters still have the same personalities that we’ve come to know and love.
This is a great season, especially for long time fans of the show. If you’re just getting into Aqua Teen Hunger Force, it could still be very enjoyable. This isn’t a show that you need to know a whole lot about to get into. You just have to check out an episode and see if you like the characters and the humor. As a long time fan, I’d say this season is worth the wait despite its brevity.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
