Overview At Lake Shibire, Rin gives Nadeshiko a scare with the story of a monster that may or may not live in the water. They have trouble starting the fire for the barbecue…Our Take As expected, Rin and Nadeshiko, are now on their first trip together camping by Shibire Lake and they also got along with two fellow campers, who are siblings. The drunk older sister was hilarious, but I like the younger sister/brother more as he/she helped out Rin when she struggled to get the charcoal to light up.The proceedings of the camping trip remained pleasant to watch and It was refreshing to see other characters have longer screen time and have a legit purpose in the story compared to past episodes. But nothing significant happens outside of Rin being scared later on over shadows.Overall, this was another warm and cozy episode. With both Rin and Nadeshiko camping together at last. Not only was the food super yummy, but Rin’s encounter with the drunk older sister gave me a good laugh too. That’ll probably be the only time we’ll see Rin getting scared that much. And of course, Nadeshiko got her way in the end and hired a boat to row back to the main reception building on the other side of the lake. As for the other characters, I feel like it’s slowly culminating in something yet we the audience are left clueless about what that could be.
