Overview:
Leo is a grave threat to the world, and no one understands that better than the former hero himself.
Our Take:
I knew as we got to the end of this arc it would be sad. Ultimately, Leo just wants to die and these are the people he chose to do it. But what he didn’t realize is that he finally found what he had been looking for all these years and by all these years I mean thousands of years. He finally had friends that were like family and would be there for him. I know it isn’t ultimately clear that he’s dead and I find it hard to believe that he is because he is the main character but I will be intrigued to see where they go from here.
From a technical standpoint, the fight scenes have been great these last few episodes and I would love to see more like them. I don’t know what it is about Sentai dubs that just sound a little worse than others. It feels like you can tell they’re in the studio. I can’t think of another way to word it than it just doesn’t sound natural. But it’s not terrible just a minor thing I’ve noticed. Next week should hopefully be less sad.
