Overview:
As Kate meets with her peers, Emilico and Shaun reminisce under a starry sky, but the night will not end as quietly as it begins.
Our Take:
This episode was really interesting, we got some time with Emilico. Seems like it has been more Kate-focused lately. I personally like Kate more but tonight’s episode reminded me why Emilico is the co-star. She is just always so happy and willing to do anything for her mistress, seeing her and Shaun get closer was sweet. It did pose a question for me though, if John and Kate do get married does that mean Shaun and Emilico are as well? That would be one side of the shadows that I would like to know more about.
The rejoicing was held way quicker than Emilico and Shaun thought it would be. Emilico didn’t have an adequate way to fake drinking the coffee so she just drank it. While she did act kind of weird afterward there was something different about it this time. Like she was acting of her own volition. It seems someone knows that they are investigating Shadows House and wanted to appease them maybe? All I know is the plot has thickened.
