English Dub Review: Attack on Titan “Lost Girls: Wall Sina, Goodbye: Part 1”
Overview:
When Annie needs a day off from patrol duty to take care of some personal business, her roommate agrees to cover for her. But only if she does her the favor of searching for a girl who’s been reported missing.
Our Take:
Ya know Annie was always one of my personal favorites. She’s just trying to survive and sadly being a Titan Shifter is the best way to do that at the moment. This giving some background on her was really interesting to me.
She was hesitant before the mission to capture Eren. I also really love seeing her fighting style and she took it out on some bar guys. Annie is probably the only woman that could give Mikasa a run for her money in the badass department. She’s also nuanced and what she and the others had to do to Marco obviously haunts her. I just wish she got more screentime after the first season. If you’re an Annie Leonhart fan like I am I have a feeling you’re going to love this set of OADs.
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
