Again, it is hard to be surprised that the Prime Minister would appear on South Park. The series has never shied away from politics before, and it is not going to stop anytime soon. And, despite the franchise having a history of blaming the great white north for things, Canada does get represented.
However, Trudeau’s appearance is again quite limited. To be fair, South Park was going through some things at the time. So, the leader was only shown during a press conference after America happened to bomb their friendly neighbours. Why does Canada always get picked on in this show?
We should probably ignore the whole black face thing here, considering that has been quite the scandal recently. Though, South Park should get some credit. Usually, it is The Simpsons that predicts the future. Or, maybe Trey Parker and Matt Stone knew something we didn’t.
