Jon Benjamin has been in plenty of shows, and even more roles, and it seems like he finally found his niche as Robert Belcher.  A third-generation restaurateur with a strange, over-the-top family, Benjamin plays a great head of the house.  We can only hope that Benjamin settles in to play Bob for years to come.
