English Dub Review: Garo: Vanishing Line “Intricacy”

Overview (Spoilers Below)

Sophie comes to find out where Sword goes to work and also where he lives, at a Chinese restaurant. A new case arises that sees both Sword and Luke investigate a movie theater that causes their patrons to disappear if they sit in a particular seat. When Sophie learns of the seat, Luke checks it out only to be taken to an alternate universe where Sword and has to track down his fellow merc and destroy the Horror.

Our Take 

It was nice getting to spend a little time with Luke this evening as it offers a nice change of pace every now and again from just seeing Garo go in and clean house. Granted, we got a lot of that as well this episode, but the fight battle was only ok. The episode was probably more funny than anything thanks mostly to Sophie who helped keep the spirits of the episode up while harassing her pal Sword.
