Local lawmakers in Chicago, Ill are outraged after the Illinois Policy Institute posted this cartoon depicting a black child looking for cash opposite a fat guy with deep pockets who don’t want to give his fair share.

State lawmakers are demanding an apology which caused the cartoon to be removed from the IPI’s web site, however, the institute’s vice president is refusing to apologize.
