REVIEW: CHOZEN “IN A PICKLE”

By Robert Sayers

March 25, 2014

WARNING: SPOILAZ BELOW SON.

This week’s Chozen was aite, again.

I mean how should one really judge a new show? Does every episode need to be on fire or is it the overall average by the end of the season that matters? I have no idea. Did you think I’d know? Mofucka I ain’t know everything.

I think if you give a fuck about what happens next then a show is good enough to keep living. I’ve watched shows before that have been canceled in the first season so I know what it feels like watchin them shits – ‘enduring’ is probably the best adjective for that kinda experience.

No laugh out loud moments this episode but I did flash a grin a few times – so definitely not a snooze fest.

Let’s talk plot.

Some children’s show king-pin weirdo signs Chozen and the gang to his show under the guise of it ultimately helping their rap careers. Chozen soon finds out (while Ricky and Crisco are blinded by tang) that their new boss gives zero shits about their rap game, so Chozen sets about to get his crew out of their contract asap rocky (ya dig?).  Antics ensue.  Visually stylish antics.

You can probably tell just by my lack of enthusiasm writing this shit that I wasn’t set off by this week’s installment of Chozen. I ain’t gone lie. You’re right. Very perceptive of you. Are you a girl? Girls are good at that kinda shit.

Girls, everybody knows I like to have sex with them. That’s just a fact.

Anyway.

Chozen, review, this now. Not bad, not great, I still want to see more. How many episodes is there left in this season? I should probably google that shit.

I’d say this is week’s ep is def worth a watch but isn’t an ideal “lead in” type episode to show your friends, know what I’m sayin? Yeah, you do – you read my reviews so you’re upper echelon type brains and coolness.

WE ELITE BRUH.

Thanks for stopping by.
