TripTank producers want YOU to submit completed cartoons
TripTank is going from eight episodes posted earlier this season on Comedy Central to TWENTY next season, and there’s only so much that production house ShadowMachine can do to fill those episodes up! They need your help, and by you, I mean the cartoon producers of planet Earth that constantly send me pitches and ideas for animated comedies.
The specifications on what ShadowMachine wants for TripTank are rather high, as the producers have made clear that they don’t want a bunch of Youtube videos that are super popular and have HUGE followings. Rather, they want to find the diamonds in the rough that could eventually be considered as potential pitches for series for Comedy Central. We gave our notes on what shorts we want to see be made into a series the first time around, do you think you have what it takes to match it?
