Rumor: Weird Al To Guest Star on “The Simpsons”
Time to break out the accordion!
Sources have told me that popular music satirist Weird Al Yankovic was seen at a table read for 20th Century FOX for an upcoming episode of The Simpsons. No word yet as to whom he will voice, but in prior instances in which Al has guest-starred on the long-running FOX series (i.e.: “Three Gays of the Condo” and “That ’90s Show”) usually Al voices himself, but that’s really just a guess at this point. It’s expected this episode will air during the 29th season of The Simpsons which is currently in production.
Weird Al has done a mess of voice work, most recently we saw him on Pig Goat Banana Cricket, however, he’s also done work for Mr. Pickles, Robot Chicken, and too many others to even list.
In the meantime, we have a brand-new episode of The Simpsons premiering this Sunday Night on FOX @ 8 pm ET/PT, check your local listings.
Hi Ashley, thank you so much for reading and we love the feedback. Note that on that day we had 14th posts go up and only ten posts show on the front page, so it's possible the preview had already been archived by the time you got to it. One recommendation would be to add our RSS feed to your favorite news aggregator service like Feedly, this way you get all of the latest posts!
